Summerwind Condominiums
Summerwind is a 48-unit community located in Chula Vista, south of downtown San Diego. Similar to the Casa Barcelona project, this property was acquired as rental community. L.W.P. Group then converted the units into “for sale” condominiums and successfully marketed them toward first time homebuyers. All units sold out at prices starting at $99,000, which were approved by FHA and VA financing. Similar development services were implemented to process the redevelopment of the property.
