In 4th quarter 2005, L.W.P. Group finished converting a mid-century, industrial/office building into 10 residential  “loft-style” homes. The resulting eye-catching development was Moddom, a perfect addition in San Diego’s reinvigorated Little Italy neighborhood, where contemporary and classic design beautifully coexist. Moddom has become a critical and commercial winner, securing a 2006 AIA Award for Architectural Excellence and commanding prices ranging from $480K to $800K. Total project sales revenues exceeded $7.1 million and were achieved within mere months of the project being brought to market.
