He has a deep experience in all areas of real estate including construction, acquisitions, entitlements, property management and finance. Currently, he oversees all corporate planning, strategy and development, as well as asset management for L.W.P Group's portfolio of investments. |
Derek Humbard

Derek is responsible for all finance and accounting related activities for the various businesses that make up LWP. He has over ten years of professional experience in the areas of accounting, finance, and real estate. Derek holds a BS in Accounting from IndianaUniversity and a MBA from the University of San Diego. |
Carly Ealey
Property Manager |
While new to the L.W.P Group office, Carly is no stranger to San Diego. Active in the local art and music scene, Carly is a professional photographer and a founding member of local non-profit organization Sezio. With a diverse background in Marketing, Digital Media, and Real Estate, Carly is a strong addition to L.W.P. Group's unique team. |
Moises G. Aguilar

Mo is a veteran of San Diego's burgeoning new media and interactive marketing scene. Prior to working with L.W.P., he consulted on the opening of more than 16 restaurants and nightclubs. Mo is the hand-picked hero charged with the interactive marketing and rbanding for L.W.P.'s property portfolio. He also serves as creative director of ALPHANOUVEAU, a "business advancement" company with more than 130 local and national clients. |
Marcella Boren
Accounting Assistant |
Marcella has been a part of the Pearl Family since its inception in 2007 and has brought her passion to L.W.P Group assisting with the accounting. At the Pearl Hotel she is the Lead night audit supervisor and has brought her experience and knowledge to the L.W.P Group Accounting Department where she is in charge of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. |

Christina is a native to the San Diego area, she holds a bachelor's in Public Administration and a Master's in International Health Care and has pursued a career in Real Estate. Her passion for philanthropy paired with her love of People and Real Estate make her a welcomed addition to the team. |
