Founder & Managing Principal  

Greg is a conceptual thinker and ideator, who has spent the past 25+ years developing real estate and hospitality brands. His experience yields a refined vision for L.W.P. Group that sets high standards and delivers strong business results. Currently, he oversees all corporate planning, acquisitions and finance for the company’s portfolio of investments. Greg also acts as L.W.P’s chief creative officer, assuming leadership on branding and marketing initiatives.  He frequently collaborates with leading talents in art, design, architecture and related industries, to translate business goals into unique brand, product and service experiences. 

 

 

DANIEL HOLCOMB

Accounting & Operations Manager   

Daniel is head of the accounting department for all properties within the L.W.P. Group's portfolio and oversees all operations in Community@ buildings and One Bunk Hospitality. Having multiple years of experience in operations, and sets goals for everyone to accomplish whether it be in San Diego or Tijuana. He travels weekly to Tijuana for business and is a master of brewing coffee for pleasure. Here, he makes sure none of our team members get their toes stepped on and empowers everyone to keep moving forward.

 

 

Christina Strangman

Director of Special Projects & Property Management

Christina is a native to the San Diego area, she holds a bachelor's in public administration and a master's in international health care and has pursued a career in real estate. Her passion for philanthropy paired with her love of people and real estate make her a valuable and versatile member addition to the team.

 

 

TRAVIS COMSTOCK

Property Management

Travis began as a member of our Community@ Carnegie Building in 2015, and soon moved to become the on-site manager of the building. Thereafter, his passion for the L.W.P. Group's mission and vision resulted in an expanded role encompassing property management, repairs, and maintenance. Weekly, he moves from community to community to ensure all is in place. He loves connecting with our members to meet their personal needs and brings a positive energy to our team. 

 

 

VALERIA GALLARDO

One Bunk & L.W.P. Office Manager

Due to her strong background in administrative operations and event management, Valeria oversees all events happening at the office whether it be venue rentals or administrative duties. She is everyone's go-to person for One Bunk Brand, whether it be for bookings, information, or simply recommendations. Her laid-back persona pairs perfectly with the office environment at L.W.P. Group, as she is the front of house representative. 

 

 

ALEXA BANCHETTI

Accounting Assitant

Alexa is our in-house problem solver and organizational master. Her strong background in economics, administration and customer relations is used on a day-to-day basis. From reworking our administrative processes, to creating organizational procedures, she is an all around-help for everyone. She primarily assists the head of the accounting department to maintain accurate financial reporting and maintains a positive relationships with our industry partners. Her willingness to take things to the next level makes her a part of the L.W.P. Group team.
