GREG STRANGMAN

Founder & Managing Principal  

Greg is the driving force behind L.W.P. Group’s vision, strategy, and growth. With more than 36 years in real estate development and hospitality, he brings a deep understanding of the business, including acquisitions, entitlements, and construction to finance, property operations, and asset management.

At L.W.P., Greg’s role is part strategist, part developer, and part creative instigator. In addition to overseeing the operations Greg is the creative director for the company, always looking for the next good idea and figuring out how to make it happen.

Christina Strangman

Accounting & Human Resources

Christina oversees most accounting functions for L.W.P. Group, specifically, AR/AP processes and long-term profitability goals and objectives. She also manages financial service vendors and manages human resources. The latter is guided by her passion for the L.W.P.’s mission and vision and Live, Work, Play ethos. Ever the “team mom,” she is also an excellent communicator and a versatile presence, who has performed other roles in L.W.P. business areas, including residential/commercial leasing, property management, and charitable giving.

Her versatility is one of her greatest strengths. She brings the institutional knowledge and practical perspective that come from having been deeply involved in L.W.P. for years.

CLAUDIA VILLEGAS

Executive Assistant & Project Development Consultor

Claudia works closely with our founder across the many moving parts of L.W.P. Group. Her consulting role is hard to pin down, one day she may be digging into a new business idea or investment opportunity, and the next she’s building, developing, helping with accounting and HR, or bringing structure to a project that needs to get moving.

Her ability to learn quickly, organize chaos, and move between different areas of the business makes her a fit for L.W.P.’s entrepreneurial environment. She likes being involved in a little bit of everything, because every project is another opportunity to learn something new.

Rosa corral

Leasing & Property Manager

Rosa serves as a primary point of contact for our Community members, overseeing the leasing process from the first inquiry through move-in and beyond. She manages leasing, marketing, showings and tenant communications while helping maintain strong occupancy across the portfolio.

Her role bridges leasing with day-to-day property operations, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, inspections, and more; if it’s got to do with leasing, she’s your boots on the ground, you name it. Rosa is a natural multitasker and organizer who likes keeping the details moving and finding ways to make things run more smoothly.

Maintenance & Turnover Manager

Hector’s our guy. He’s the person making sure L.W.P. Group’s properties work as well as they look. He leads the field side of maintenance, turnovers, work orders, and preventative maintenance, coordinating in-house technicians and outside vendors to keep repairs moving and units ready for their next residents.

With a natural instinct to help, he tends to remember every little detail along the way. Outside of work, if you catch him around San Diego, he’s probably enjoying La Jolla Beach, a concert, or a burger at 50/50.

LYDIA CROMWELL

Property Operations & Process Coordinator

Lydia helps keep L.W.P. Group’s property operations organized, consistent, and moving behind the scenes. She focuses on the systems and processes that support the day-to-day work for Property Management.

Lydia coordinates and helps keep the team aligned on current processes and standards.
