Founder & Managing Principal
Greg is a conceptual thinker and ideator, who has spent the past 25+ years developing real estate and hospitality brands. His experience yields a refined vision for L.W.P. Group that sets high standards and delivers strong business results. Currently, he oversees all corporate planning, acquisitions and finance for the company’s portfolio of investments. Greg also acts as L.W.P’s chief creative officer, assuming leadership on branding and marketing initiatives. He frequently collaborates with leading talents in art, design, architecture and related industries, to translate business goals into unique brand, product and service experiences.
Accounting & Operations Manager
Daniel directs the accounting functions for all L.W.P. Group portfolio properties and oversees all operations for Community@™ buildings and One Bunk™. He has extensive operations experience and takes pride in setting organizational goals and objectives, which help foster professional growth for team members at every level of the company. Beyond current management responsibilities, Daniel’s past life includes a successful stretch as a coffee entrepreneur, and to the delight of the team, he often shares his barista-level talents.
Director of Special Projects
Christina is a versatile presence at L.W.P. Group, who enjoys being immersed in all areas of the company. She has been responsible for residential/commercial leasing, property management, and community outreach. The latter led to her current position as director of special projects, which involves overseeing Community Gives, L.W.P. ’s charitable giving arm. Its mission is to support the traditions and enhance the quality of life in San Diego’s urban communities by providing greater access to education, arts and culture. Christina has spearheaded such fundraisers as ping pong tournaments and art events. She also initiated Community Yoga, a weekly wellness session at the National Building.
Office Manager & One Bunk Brand Manager
Valeria is “Ms. Organized,” if you will. She has a strong background in administrative operations, hospitality and event management – skills displayed at the office and at various properties. Specifically, Valeria manages venue rentals and is everyone’s go-to person for the One Bunk brand – from bookings to local/cross-border information to hip recommendations. Her skills and laid-back personality pair perfectly with the office environment and the “Live-Work-Play” mantra inherent to our company name.
Travis began as a member of our Community@ Carnegie Building in 2015, and soon moved to become the on-site manager of the building. Thereafter, his passion for the L.W.P. Group’s mission and vision resulted in an expanded role. Encompassing property management and repairs and maintenance. Weekly, he moves from community to community to ensure all is in place. He loves connecting with our members to meet their personal needs and brings a positive energy to our team.
Bucky knows her way around the Community brand portfolio. She’s perpetually positive and excels at matching prospective members to their perfect home or office. Like the rest of the team, she is passionate about the business, efficiently cranks out leases, and gets excited to see members happily settle into their new spaces and places. If that’s not enough: She also organizes events, enjoys volunteering, loves graphic design, has barista-level coffee skills, and is a DJ and all-around music junkie.
Accounting & Operations Assistant
Alexa is our in-house problem solver and organizational guru. Primarily, she is responsible for accurate financial reporting and for maintaining positive relationships with our industry partners. Her background in economics, administration and customer relations factors greatly into the continuous improvement of administrative processes and organizational procedures, respectively. Alexa is a “jill-of-all-trades” whose efforts make her a valuable part of the L.W.P. team.
